They ordered years ago before any of the issues were known. And Boeing builds them so they can deliver when/if the ban is lifted at some point.

If there is an airline I'd trust, its SQ. I would have no issues boarding their MAX.

Same to me. I only trust the MAX made for an airline that fly the MAX properly. ET and JT is suspected to have pilots that flies the plane improperly.

Actually it's 40 years later, SQ retired their 737s in 1980.
