Great photo which could have so many funny captions. One thing that is really great about this picture is that while we don't really think of the A320 as a huge AC, in this photograph it clearly does make the men seem oh so tiny compared to that vertical stab.

Quite a dangerous feat.. Haven't seen anyone performing maintenance dangerously.

Are these TAM's maintenance procedures???

Wow, safety at its best.

Those pilots are right up there keeping an eye on the techs. I would be too, if my life depended on their job.

I believe that is the plane with the signatures of all employees, and they were doing that.

I thought this was a protest when I saw the picture!
