Two months old this brand new 717 was delivered to TWA during the merger with American and wears the rare hybrid livery. Just seven months later she would be retired from the American Airlines fleet and depart Victorville California for Australia, joining the QantasLink fleet.

Great photo. Makes me sad, seeing this though. Miss the old legacy carriers like TWA and miss the old AA livery.
