They are currently (14:25 local time) speaking about 9 fatalities, although the turkish media is as far as I know still reporting everyone survived, which is unlikely because many people have seen bodies being carried out of the aircraft. Thank god it didn't catch fire...

I just heard that 3 turkish women from a dutch tv show were involved in the crash. 2 of 3 are OK, the other woman is in a hospital with minor injuries.

I can't wait to see what caused this crash. My prayers are with the 9 people that did not survive this crash and their family involved.

A very sad ending, but atleast the plane did not catch fire due to which many were able to escape.

My thoughts are with the casualties, may they find peace.
Really curious what caused this crash. No fire may be a signal that they were low on fuel..

Hello fellow aviation enthousiasts.
My sister was on this flight, and luckally survived, all be it with severe injuries to her back.

As an avid enthousiast and visitor to this site, it is very strange to have become 'related' to some of the pictures on this site, especially being these horrific shots.

Thanx for all the warm support and thoughts on this and other sites.
