The sole surviving example of the Albacore, used as a three seater torpedo-bomber based on WW2 aircraft carriers and designed as a replacement for the famous Swordfish. Powered by a 1,065hp Bristol Taurus II or 1,130hp Bristol Taurus XII engine, she had a range of 1,050 miles and top speed of 169 mph at 4,500ft. On static display inside Hall 2 at the excellent Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton (Canon 50D + Sigma 10-20 EX DG HSM)
