Goodbye United 737! This is the last flight of a United 737 operating the properly named flight UAL737 routing IAD-ORD-DEN-LAX-SFO. United has retired the Boeing 737 on October 28th after 41 years of service. Takeoff for the last time by Captain Bob Russo who is also retiring after the flight. What used to be a iconic sight at ORD is now gone into history. Farewell to the guppy and greetings to all aboard this last flight.

It's hard to believe an airline this big with such a history using the 737 in their fleet has gotten rid of them all. I predict one day United will have 737's back in the sky.
