WOW. its taking off on the highway oh its a runway. Fantastic just looking how did it get there on the taxiway looking its just highways after highways then RUNWAY great shot real true road congestion wonder why i get stuck in 3 hour traffic here in Cape Town big planes on the highway.

Wow! Great shot! Those light fixtures on top of those tall poles make them look almost like UFO's
escorting the 747...We have similar crossways here
at IAH, but not as impressive as this.

Is this the latest livery of UA? Sorry for being such a noob in knowing stuff about US airlines, but it seemed more "logical" to me that that dark grey livery was their latest, cos it looked more modern to me (and I liked a little better than this one), but then I checked out the date of this pic, and I realized it must be their latest, or am I wrong?

I've only seen a 747 once in my life at barbados airport in jan 2006 ever since i've been excited to see them again...what a lovely shot of one again and the surrounding traffic seem so insignificant with this beast at the centre of attention
