Sorry to see the death place of a aircraft that was the most modern during my training years at British Airways. A very sad sight for me.

Great shot of the L1011's. I think there was a later posted photo that was more zoomed out on this field, but included these Tristars.

I'm glad that i've flown the tristar. They are getting really hart to get to fly now, aren't they? Are there even any airliner that flies them regularly anymore?

I had the good fortune to fly 'Air Transat' Tristars in recent years. The L1011 and DC-10 have always been my favorite older birds. Nice to see a shot with so many standing together.

Great shot of some classic iron sitting in the desert sun, I'll bet these would solve the RAF's tanker shortage problem!

The light in this photo makes these airplanes look nearly brand new. I'm a trijet fan, too. I hate that they don't fly anymore, but at least they're not yet scrapped.

Wow, this really gives you a view of a retired fleet!
