This is excellent as it shows the true character of this outstanding aircraft. I am a modeler in love with the Piper J3 and have many models of it in Radio control in many scales. I am searching for good photos of the original instrument panel to be used to reproduce panels for my models.

Few civilian aircraft are more easily recognized or loved as these 'Lil Yellow Birds. I've only seen about a dozen J-3s but all have been painted bright yellow. It is one very beautiful plane.
