Hidden away in the crew rest area in the upper rear of the fuselage are the "black boxes" seen here on the top right (they are actually orange in colour!). The units visible are, APUC (Auxiliary Power Unit Controller), APU Static Inverter, Surface Position Digitiser Card File, AFCS (Automatic Flight Control system), REU (Remote Electronics Unit), CVR (Cockpit Voice Recorder) and DFDR (Digital Flight Data Recorder).
