MiG-19PM nr 1043 was delivered to Czechoslovakia Air Force in Ferbruary 1961 and assigned to 5. slp (fighter air regiment) at Plzen-Line. At the end of 1961 was transfered to 11. slp at Zatec and since 1965 operated with 4. slp at Pardubice. There flown last-time on 17th March 1970 and since 20th April is situated in Kbely museum. During 836 take-offs flew 722 hours. In the nose is the Izumrud radiolocator and under each wing two guided air-to-air missiles RS-2U. MiG-19 was the first supersonic fighter type for Czechoslovakia Air Force.
