Cool picture, steep takeoff. Interesting that theres no "southwestdotcom" on the inside of the winglet as usual. Maybe it was replaced. Thanks for sharing.

This photo shows the true characters of flight and the quality is excelent.

This airport is fun to look at and has an interesting history. See how the runway, taxiway and terminal are abut, one against the other. I often see 737's and A320's starting their engines on the taxiway sandwiched between one airliner parked on its left and another landing on its right. Depending on what's landing (largest at this airport being A300's) there's maybe 40 feet separating each wingtips. No exaggeration! Kind of neat from a geeky airplane buff perspective, but it's apparent why the FAA would very much like to see a new relocated terminal replace the current one built to antiquated 1930 standards. Worried about the impact the new terminal will potentially have on their quality of life, local residence have successfully delayed its construction for decades.
