Designed as an elementary trainer to teach the Wehrmacht to fly the Messerschmitt Me-323 assault glider, the Blohm und Voss Bv-133… oh, hang on. No, this is actually a Chevvron light motorglider; made of carbon dyneema and glass fibre and powered by a 570cc Konig air-cooled radial 2-stroke (!), it is believed to be one of the quietest powered aircraft available. There are apparently 40 registered worldwide. A quirky and strangely timeless design, I think it would look great in ‘40s Luftwaffe camouflage.
