Thanks for this shot. Here in Quebec City, lots of people in the Armed Forces are leaving for Haiti, and many more are standing-by, including someone in my immediate family. I can only speak for them: we are all offering our support to the Haitian people.

Toussaint Louverture Airport is not exactly the most common place to spot an A-330. However, the occurance of the recent earthquake that devasted Haiti killed over 100,000 people and hundreds of homeless families has turned this air terminal into the center of international help for Haiti, where lots of airplanes of all types from all over the world- including military and cargo freighters- have carried some food, medicine, clothes, water, blankets, and volunteers who are helping the victims. Air Canada, like other major international airlines, is helping with the transportation of such supplies and volunteers. This is probably the first picture of an Airbus A-330 ever taken in Haiti and also the first Air Canada jetliner spotted in this airport.
