Aviation Photo #1687986 Airbus A380-841 - Singapore Airlines

How many A380s can you count in this shot? Due to the recent volcanic eruption in Iceland, many flights to and from Europe have been cancelled, leaving 7 SQ A380s (1 not in this shot) and 2 QF A380s stranded in Singapore, amongst other aircraft. If you look closely to the left you can also spot 9V-SPP, SQ's Star Alliance 744.

Great shot! Where were you when you took this photo? It looks like it was taken from an elevated location, though there aren't any I know of there.

Amazing shot! Changi may well look like this everyday in the future! However, I feel sorry for the stranded passengers. BTW, the A330 looks like a baby jet next to all those A380s!

Good photo Aaron. This may be once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see so many monster birds of gaint airlines at the same time same place. We cannot expect a kind of volcano frequenty. Though volcanos keep happening, this Iceland April 2010 kind of volcano, which would affect global air traffic, may not happen often....Also, hope it will not happen
