Farewell, the beautiful machine! May they rest in peace, those beloved ones who lost their lives on that tragic day for Indonesia, Russia and all aviation world. Our grief is immeasureable and our thoughts are with those relatives and friends who has to live and put up with this. Falls may occur on the way forward and the best thing to do now is to learn the lessons from the accident and to continue further improvement of SSJ to make it a really successful airplane.

Thank you, Sergey, for sharing this photo and for your remark. A friend of mine, the lone french aboard, lost his life on that sad day. Remembering his involvment in promoting this plane, I wish this aircraft will be a success story.
